The instructions below are for Aimably clients which do not have access to Azure Invoices, but do have access to CloudHealth. Instead of granting Aimably programmatic access to detailed invoice data, clients will deliver the data to Aimably as a CloudHealth FlexReport. Below are instructions on how to create a FlexReport containing Azure detailed invoice data and delivering the report to Aimably for use.

In CloudHealth, navigate to Reports > FlexReports.
Click New Report.
Configure the parameters to the following specifications:
Name the report Aimably Invoice Usage and Charges File
Select Azure Enterprise Agreement or the partner equivalent as the Dataset. Do not select Azure Cost Management.
Select Day as the Aggregated by method
Select Current & last month as the Range
Configure both the Dimensions and Measures to include all standard Azure detailed invoice data:
Click Add Measures
Select Standard from the Show menu
Open each accordion row and select all checkboxes listed
Click the Apply button
Click Add Dimensions
Select Standard from the Show menu
Open the each accordion row and select all checkboxes listed
Click the Apply button
Save the report.
Select the more actions (ellipses) button next to the Aimably Invoice Usage and Charges File and choose Subscribe.
Configure your subscription options for daily delivery:
Repeat: How often the report should be sent. - Daily
Deliver as: Deliver the subscription by email or to an S3 bucket. - Email
Deliver to (email): The email address where the subscription will be sent. - cur@aimably.com
Run & Deliver at: Time the subscription will be sent. - Anytime after 2am UTC
Start and End Date: The time range for the subscription. - Choose the preset Current & Last Month
