Your user profile controls the appearance of your name in the Aimably product and the email address that Aimably uses to contact you. Because Aimably is a corporate collaboration tool, it's important to use your full name and business email address, but we do know these can change from time to time.

To review or update your user profile, start by opening the user menu in the top right of your screen:

Then, select User Profile from the menu options:

Next, update the name and email address fields, then click Update Profile.

Please note that each user account in Aimably requires a unique email address. This means that if you are a user in another company's Aimably account you will need to use a separate email address for this company's account.
