When purchasing AWS through a reseller, clients typically do not have access to their organization-level account, nor the Cost and Usage functionality of AWS. Therefore, you will need to request integration assistance from your reseller. Please do not follow the AWS integration instructions in our other guides, and instead follow the instructions below.


Request a Reseller Integration

Email Aimably Support to request an integration to AWS via a reseller. Aimably Support will respond with text for you to include in a support ticket with your reseller similar to the following:



Provide the Output RoleARN to Aimably

Respond to the original Aimably Support request with the RoleARN once it is provided to you by the reseller.


(Optional) Configure CloudHealth Integration On Your Own

The Aimably Support ticket text for your reseller will include a request to configure a report to deliver Cost & Usage data to Aimably using CloudHealth Flex Reports. You may choose to perform this report configuration yourself. For detailed instructions, please refer to these guides:
